Official payment process

Pay university fees in five steps

Always begin from your University account and use the generated control number.

Open the billing portal

Sign in through the University student system using your official account.

Generate control number

Enter the requested payment information and create your control number.

Select payment channel

Pay through an approved channel such as PBZ, Mixx by Yas or Airtel Money.

Allow validation

Your payment is validated automatically through the University system.

Save your receipt

Confirm the transaction and download the official receipt for your records.

Keep every transaction safe and verifiable

University fees should only be paid through channels attached to an official control number.

Never send payment to an individual or an unapproved account. Keep the validated receipt available for registration, examinations and future account enquiries.

  • Access to study and examinations depends on payment of the required instalments.
  • No payment is accepted outside approved University channels.
