Read these essentials carefully. Your qualifications and documents are verified during selection and registration.
Selection follows University requirements and applicable TCU and NACTVET guidelines. Academic units may specify additional programme requirements. Faculties assess applicant suitability before approved selections are communicated to the relevant regulatory body.
Selected students register after regulatory verification. Registration normally closes two weeks after the beginning of a semester. Applicants must present original documents, satisfactory financing evidence, a medical report and valid health-insurance identification. Registration fees are not refundable or transferable.
International students must provide the required academic documents, a police clearance certificate from their home country or country of residence, and the passport photographs requested by the Admissions Office.
Documents are thoroughly checked. Registration may be revoked and legal action taken where forged or misleading documents are submitted. Students use the names appearing on their Ordinary Level Certificate throughout registration and study.
Applicants previously discontinued elsewhere may be considered under University rules. Academic discontinuation may permit application to a different field after assessment. Disciplinary or examination-irregularity cases may require a two-year interval, and prior credits may not be transferable.
