The ICT Unit Coordinator provides strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and management of Zanzibar University’s information and communication technology infrastructure. The Coordinator ensures the availability, security, and reliability of ICT systems that support teaching, learning, research, and administrative operations.
The Coordinator oversees network services, institutional information systems, cybersecurity frameworks, digital transformation initiatives, and user support services, while promoting innovation, efficiency, and compliance with national ICT policies and international best practices.
